Due to high demand of our custom EFI sensor builder service, after filling the form out, please purchase this form deposit on our website.  This $25 fee will credit / apply towards your fuel system purchase if made within 30 days of receiving invoice.  Please note: this is non refundable or changeable in the event that you decide not to buy a sensors from us.  

For example, if you fill out this form and pay the $25, order a $500 sensor order. At time of invoice your sensor order will be billed as $475.
